Today I was working on my very first site that was designed for me by a professional web designer. I have just signed up for an Aweber autoresponder account, and I wanted to put a sign up form in the sidebar on every page. Well there must be at least 60-80 pages! That means going to every page and inserting the form -hours of work!!
So I started thinking if I had done that site in XSitePro it would take less than 5 mins to insert that form on every page as all I would have to do is to insert it once into the sidebar and it would appear on every page. Duh! It’s a no brainer.
So I decided it would be quicker to convert the site to XSitePro than to make all the changes to the old site.
Within 15 minutes I had set up the site in XSitePro, transferred my header and set up the navigation. All I need to do now is to import all the pages. It’s getting late so that will be tomorrows task.
